The proposed design for the east-west connector extends along 89 Ave SW from 14 St SW to Elbow Dr. and then through the field and laneway at the south end of Woodman and Our Lady of the Rockies Schools. The route transitions from a bike boulevard to a multi-use path and then to a paved laneway before it connects with Haddon Rd SW and the north-south bikeway.
