What to expect:

The public may register to attend the public portion of these meetings to hear the conversation. There will not be an opportunity to address the Annexation Negotiation Committee nor provide input at these meetings. The meetings may be hosted alternately between Calgary and Foothills. Meeting agendas and summary notes will be posted on this webpage in the Meeting Materials section below. This page has been set up so the public can follow the Committee’s activities and negotiation process. Check back regularly for project updates.

Engagement sessions for the public are set to begin in 2023. At those sessions, there will be opportunities to share your thoughts, concerns and questions about the annexation process and to understand its potential impacts.
