Centre St. is fairly easy and safe to cross compared to Edmonton Trail.

Edmonton Trail between Memorial and 16th Ave. is hard to cross safely except at controlled intersections. Drivers treat it as a highway.

far to many home owners allow hedges to grow far over sidewalk. Where is bylaw? Some hedges push pedestrians off the sidewalk!

Green Line divides the community even more than Centre Str. Low or no public realm investment. Downtown 7 AV redux. Too much space for cars.
