ABOUT THE PROJECT
The third floor of the Municipal Building is a central location for Calgarians to access a variety of in-person services. At the Fair Entry, Cashiers, and Tax Advisory Service counters, citizens apply for the Fair Entry program, purchase transit passes, pay ENMAX bills, receive information and assistance with municipal taxes, apply for the Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP), and much more.
The services offered at these counters are becoming more in demand every year. As the need grows, we are looking at how we can better serve you at our counters through changes to technology, space, accessibility, security, and signage.
The following City services are currently offered at the third floor Municipal Building north counters:

- Recreation Fee Assistance
- Property Tax Assistance Program
- Seniors Services Home Maintenance Program
- No Cost Spray Neuter Program
- Low Income Transit Pass
- Senior Low Income Transit Pass

- Animal License payment

- Property Tax inquiry
- Business Improvement Area inquiry

HOW IS MY INPUT USED?
Survey responses will help us form appropriate project priorities for improving the experience at the Fair Entry, Cashiers, and Tax Advisory Service counters. The project team will review these priorities with professional consultants and internal expertise to make a final plan. You can check back here for a What We Heard / What We Did report once the analysis is complete.
