Overview
The Sunnyside sanitary lift station is located at 723 3st NW, across the street from the Calgary Curling Club. The new lift station will be constructed in the same location as the current building – sanitary service will continue for the neighborhood throughout the construction of the new station.
With the 2013 flood, sensitive equipment in the current lift station was badly damaged and required replacement. A study was undertaken in 2014 to assess the needs of the area and in 2015 preliminary design on the new lift station began. The preliminary design is nearing completion and we would like to get community input on the final design. *When looking through the options below please note that the colours cannot be mixed and matched with one another. In other words, the colour of the wall and roof from the wood option is not available for the shingles option. All three fence materials can be used with any of the options below.
