ABOUT THE PROJECT

In September 2016, City Council approved the funding and development of new single detached homes on eight City-owned properties adjacent to 16 Avenue N.W. in Rosedale. The development is expected to provide up to 16 affordable homes for Calgarians. The design-build team has been selected, and we are now entering the design phase of the project. NEXT STEPS

Feedback collected at the design session and online will be compiled to produce a What We Heard Report. This report will be shared with the public here and at calgary.ca/rosedale by March 2018.
