he purpose of this workshop is to discuss opportunities and challenges connected to current land use zoning (building types/heights and allowable uses) and the future vision for land use and redevelopment along Main Streets including: Edmonton Trail NE, Centre St N, 16 Avenue N and 4 St NW. This workshop is for commercial landowners and business owners along our Main Streets. Advance registration is required.

Seniors Outreach

Given the higher than City average seniors population in the area, The City will be conducting targeted outreach with this particular stakeholder group. If you are affiliated with a seniors serving organization in the plan area and are interested in having project information or a presentation delivered to your group please contact planning.engage@calgary.ca

Youth Engagement

In our next phase of engagement (phase three) we will be looking to conduct engagement with youth at schools in the plan area. In you are affiliated with a school in the plan area and are interested in having your class or school involved please contact planning.engage@calgary.ca

Chinese Speaking Population

There is a higher than average Chinese speaking population in the North Hill area. At our large public event on March 2, we will have interpreters on hand to speak Mandarin and Cantonese for those that have translation needs. Please ensure you register for this event here, to ensure we have your language needs covered.
